An oil obtained from 100 % Arancino olives, it has not only been recognised by the guide, but is also a <strong>Slow Food Presidium<\/strong>, a seal certifying its excellence and its origin from a cultivar and a production method that protect biodiversity and the landscape. Described in the guide as \u2018vegetal, balsamic, broad and lively nose, expressive in the mouth and of interesting persistence\u2019. It represents the result of a recovery of a cultivar that had almost disappeared: L&#8217;Arancino<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leccino<\/strong>: Oil obtained from 100 % Leccino olives . Appreciated in the guide with the following notes &#8220;Herbaceous, artichoke stalk, nut . Pleasant on the nose and palate with almond and pink pepper to finish.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Villa Laertia<\/strong>: Multivarietal oil obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Arancino olives. Appreciated in the guide with the following notes: &#8220;Of lively aromatic complexity. Bitter herbs, rocket, white apple, thyme.
